Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Manage contractor documentation, compliance records, and service agreements.
• Assist with procurement processes, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and budget tracking.
• Maintain asset registers, facilities records, and document control systems.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management information.
• Update and maintain facilities management systems (FG Nexus or similar).
• Ensure compliance documentation remains accurate and audit-ready.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities administration, property administration, or maintenance administration.
• Experience within a facilities management or property environment.
• Experience with contractor management, procurement administration, and compliance documentation.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience using maintenance management or property management systems advantageous.
