<p>&#8211; Minimum Requirements:</p>
<p>• Undergraduate qualification in Public Management, Public Administration, Operations, Business Management, Management, Administration, Law, or Social Science at NQF Level 6 (SAQA recognized)</p>
<p>• 3 years’ supervisory experience in Operations within a client or customer services environment</p>
<p>• Advantage: Experience in Civic or Immigration Operations</p>

<p>• South African Constitution, public service and departmental legislative frameworks, government structures</p>

<p>• Project management, optimization, online systems utilization</p>
<p>• Management and leadership, service delivery innovation, client orientation, customer focus</p>
<p>• People management and empowerment, financial management, programme and project management, change management</p>
<p>• Process and systems implementation, digital transformation support</p>
<p>• Excellent verbal/written communication and report writing</p>
