                    <description><![CDATA[<p>A dynamic outdoor advertising company is looking for an experienced Sales Executive with strong new business development skills, proven sales performance, and the ability to manage client relationships within a fast-paced media sales environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new business, and maintaining strong agency and direct client relationships while representing the company as a brand ambassador.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth</li>
<li>Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and client research</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and direct clients</li>
<li>Present media solutions and conduct client presentations and pitches</li>
<li>Manage client campaigns, ensuring successful execution and delivery</li>
<li>Maintain regular client engagement, including meetings, events, and PR functions</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction and repeat business</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline tracking</li>
<li>Ensure all contracts, documentation, and sales administration are accurately completed</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date market, competitor, and industry intelligence</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Grade 12 with sales or marketing training</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in outdoor advertising or similar environment</li>
<li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets</li>
<li>Strong relationships within agency environments advantageous</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li>
<li>Strong closing ability and financial literacy</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office Suite</li>
<li>Valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport</li>
<li>High emotional intelligence with ability to handle rejection</li>
<li>Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven individual</li>
<li>Strong networking and time management skills</li>
<li>Well-presented and professional appearance</li>
</ul>
