<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise the end-to-end production process, incl. trim inspection, grinding, mixing, spooling, filling, packing, wrapping, labelling of all boerewors/sausage, burgers, meatballs and value add products.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop, review and implement efficient and effective procedures and processes to optimize production.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for the delivery of product according to a set standard, at a reasonable cost and productivity.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Stock control management (stock rotation).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Insure product meets all customer requirements especially but not limited to product appearance, packing and labelling.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee that hygiene standards are applied throughout all process and procedures.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Manage stock accuracy through daily cycle counts</li>
<li>Stock count report and variance analysis</li>
<li>Monthly Stock count report and age analysis report</li>
<li>Implement and maintain proper stock rotation</li>
<li>Allergen management and control in storage</li>
<li>Minimize stock write-offs and obtain approval for obsolete items</li>
<li>Ensure clear and effective communication to buyers on materials</li>
