Role Purpose

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing asset finance transactions within the manufacturing sector by leveraging strong supplier/vendor relationships and a deep understanding of the sector. The role focuses on generating consistent finance volumes through equipment suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and production businesses, while ensuring that transactions are credit-approved, commercially viable, and aligned with Merchant West’s strategic objectives.

1. New Business Origination

The NCA Expert is a specialist in-house position created in response to growing National Credit Act complexity, evolving regulatory requirements, and the continued expansion of the Confluent Group’s credit operations.
