<p>Requirements: A relevant undergraduate qualification in Public Management, Public Administration, Operations, Business Management, Administration, Law, or Social Science at NQF level 6, recognized by SAQA. At least 1 year of experience in operations, client, or customer service. Knowledge of front office operations, various filing systems, and fingerprint verification. Understanding of the Civic Services and Public Service Regulatory Frameworks, as well as supply chain management processes. A valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and ability to work extended hours, including occasional weekends and overtime.</p>

Assign tasks to staff and monitor progress against targets. Complete end-of-day procedures for reporting, identifying issues, and tracking performance.</p>
