<li>Ensuring balances on Balance Sheet recons are accurately and timeously recorded, keeping in line with principles of IFRS.</li>

<h3>About the Opportunity</h3>
<p>Motus Mahindra Paarl is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Finance Manager to oversee the dealership&#8217;s financial operations and contribute to the successful launch of our new dealership opening on 01 September 2026.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, internal controls and business performance analysis. This role will partner closely with the Dealer Principal and departmental managers to drive profitability, operational efficiency and sound financial governance.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage all dealership financial operations and reporting functions.</li>
<li>Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.</li>
<li>Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.</li>
<li>Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Monitor dealership key performance indicators and identify risks and opportunities.</li>

<li>Oversee debtor, creditor, cashbook and asset management processes.</li>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>

<li>Previous experience within the automotive retail or dealership environment will be highly advantageous.</li>

<h3>About the Opportunity</h3>
<p>Motus Mahindra Paarl is seeking an experienced and results-driven Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our Used Vehicle Department and play a key role in the successful launch of our new dealership opening on 01 September 2026.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for driving used vehicle sales performance, managing stock and profitability, developing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead, manage and motivate a team of Used Vehicle Sales Executives to achieve departmental targets.</li>
<li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise sales volumes and profitability.</li>
<li>Manage used vehicle stock acquisition, pricing, ageing and inventory control.</li>
<li>Ensure optimal gross profit margins through effective pricing and deal structuring.</li>
<li>Monitor departmental performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.</li>
<li>Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching, mentoring and development opportunities.</li>
<li>Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.</li>
<li>Work closely with Finance &amp; Insurance, Service and Parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer demand to identify business opportunities.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards and legislative requirements.</li>
<li>Manage departmental expenses and budgets effectively.</li>
<li>Drive the sale of value-added products and services.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Grade 12 (Matric).</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years&#8217; experience in automotive sales.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years&#8217; experience in a Used Vehicle Sales Management or leadership role.</li>
<li>Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targets.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of used vehicle pricing, valuations, stock management and sales processes.</li>
<li>Sound understanding of dealership operations and profitability management.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.</li>
<li>Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.</li>
<li>Valid driver&#8217;s licence.</li>
</ul>

<li>Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field.</li>
